1. Definitions

• Platform: The website panoramacomprensible.com and all its features.
• User: Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Investor: User who participates in crowdlending projects through the Platform.
• Project: Real estate venture available for investment on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

• Be over 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• Reside in Argentina or comply with regulations applicable to foreign investors.
• Complete the identity verification process (KYC) according to current regulations.
• Not be included in lists of politically exposed persons (PEP) without prior declaration.

3. Services Offered

The Platform offers:

• Information about real estate projects available for collective investment.
• Tools to manage and monitor investments.
• Direct communication with project developers.
• Processing of investments and distribution of returns.

4. Investment Risks

The investor acknowledges and accepts that:

• Investments in real estate crowdlending carry risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital.
• Projected returns are not guaranteed and may vary.
• Real estate projects may suffer delays or changes in their conditions.
• Investments have illiquidity periods during which funds cannot be withdrawn.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• Not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Panorama Comprensible S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Panorama Comprensible S.A. shall not be liable for:

• Losses derived from investments made through the Platform.
• Service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure.
• Actions of third parties, including project developers.
• Investment decisions made by the User.

8. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If no agreement is reached, they will submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, expressly waiving any other forum that may correspond to them.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect 30 days after publication on the Platform. Continued use of the services after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including but not limited to: Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, Law 25.246 on Prevention of Money Laundering, and regulations of the National Securities Commission.
